This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is being released by Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA), the Management and Operating Contractor of the Idaho National Laboratory (INL) for the Department of Energy (DOE), in partnership with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Glenn Research Center (GRC). This SSN seeks capabilities, innovative ideas for new system development, fiscal estimates, and potential collaboration that could lead to an industry/Government contract for development of a Dynamic Radioisotope Power System (DRPS) for use on the moon with desired extensibility to other solar system destinations. It is the intent of the BEA and NASA to use this information for market research and program planning purposes.
